So I'm still out of the water with this ankle that is driving me crazy but here is another short clip to check out.

It's only been a week now that I have been out of the water with this very sore ankle of mine and already it's driving me crazy. I have however been getting the odd body womp in just to get my salt fix and watching heaps of surfing clips on the net.

While I was in SA my Volta I had a little accident on the rocks. So as I'm injured (from footy) at the moment I thought I'd  take the opportunity to get into the factory and nurse the casualty back to health.

Body womp.

I recently hurt my ankle so I haven't been able to surf. I have however been doing a bunch of body surfing with my Thomas Bexton hand plane. I love the feeling of riding a wave this way it's really something else. I don't have any recent body womp pic's but I found this one by Tim Mckenna  which I reckon pretty well describes that feeling I get.

Old faithful.

Last week I was sifting through my board shed at my mums house when I found this old Bob Cooper twin fin. This board was pretty much the board that instigated my transition from the modern thruster to the variety of boards that I ride today. I pulled it out of the shed fully amped to get it wet when I realised that old faithful was looking a little worse for wear. I slapped a couple of stickers over the dings and got out there.

I only got a couple of waves this day but the few waves that I did get were so fun and made me remember why my surfing has gone the way it has.
